These gloves are woven from one piece, which means you only need to knit two ends for gloves. The pattern is divided into four parts. Part 1, the thumb, is woven round. Part 2, the first part of the palm, is also woven round. At the end there is a small nerve that is woven in at the top to ensure that the BO does not bend at the top edge. Part 3 is woven flat. In order to keep the top edge straight (-ish), there are some decreases at the beginning and at the end of a few lines. This part ends with a three-needle BO. Part 4, the bracelet, begins with a few short rows to compensate for the height differences. It is knitted round and ends with ribs.
