Understanding exactly what I want to design has been a fun challenge since the first day I started knitting. I am often inspired by nature’s unique colors and textures, but a sure way to be constantly inspired is the threads and wool that I have the joy of working together every day.

I was lucky to find a wool from Juniper Moon Farm at KnittingFever recently, I have never had the pleasure of working before. I immediately investigated and found a reward for the sweet colors that surprised me with emotion. It was incredibly difficult to choose a single color to work, but in the end I chose winter meadows and I am very happy to do so.

For a while I had the idea of making a Mulberry Shade pocket scarf in the back of my mind, this wool works perfectly, because it is not extremely comfortable (ideal for a comfortable scarf crochet), but the shadow is simply beautiful!
