They’re obsessed with sushi, but want to learn how to make DIY? Believe it or not, it’s not hard to make sushi. To start with, the only thing you need is sushi rice, nori plates (seaweed) that you can find in bamboo mats and supermarkets that you can easily buy on Amazon.

Sushi making rice:
You can’t use old rice for sushi. You should make rice using rice vinegar and sugar, so the sushi won’t roll.

Add 1 cup of 3 cups of water and 2 cups of uncooked white rice in a pot. Boil and lower the heat. Cover the pan and let the rice cook for about 20 minutes.
During the 2-rice cooking, 1 cup rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1/4 white sugar and a pinch salt combine in a small pot. Cook over medium heat until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Mix the 3-vinegar rice mixture with sugar for a few minutes (do not leave in the refrigerator – the mixture will be immunized) and mix into the cooked rice. It will be dry because the rice will cool.
